Walt Schwartz was born and raised in the Philadelphia, PA, area and is a graduate of Rowan University with a Bachelor of Science. A decorated veteran, Walt served 12 years in the United States Army as a Special Forces A Detachment Executive Officer, Infantry Company Commander, and Battalion Operations Officer.
After his military career, Walt joined Toll Brothers as a Construction Manager and rose to the position of Division President for South Carolina with responsibility for construction activities at two large resort-style master plan communities, real estate acquisitions, and community association activities. In his current role at Corner Lot, Walt utilizes 25 years of extensive experience in both civil and vertical construction to oversee construction of commercial, multi-family, and single-family developments. In his personal time, Walt enjoys spending time with his wife Chance and is currently a heavy athletics Scottish Highland Games world-ranked competitor.
